Kantha Throw Quilts

Cotton Throw Quilt that is made using handwoven soft cotton and with a Kantha embroidery that is unique.  Women of rural Bengal, India use wool threads to hand stitch each piece.  The wool thread adds character and dimension to the design, giving it a distinctive look. 

Our Women Artisans belong to farming communities and earn their living by making these throw quilts to support their families.
