At Maka Maka, every item is thoughtfully handcrafted in collaboration with our artisan partners. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of many of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

We encourage all customers to shop mindfully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. Our team is happy to assist with product details, lead times, and custom requests to ensure you're confident in your order.

Exceptions

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at order@makamakahome.com with photos and your order number. We’ll work with you to make it right—either through a replacement or alternate resolution.
